Use GOLD to create report cards on a trimester basis. Use results to support conversations during parent teacher conferences.- Uses instructional practices that are likely to challenge,motivate,and engage all students and facilitate equitable and active student participation, with respect to individual needs and diverse backgrounds.- Designs effective and rigorous units of instruction consisting of well structured lessons with measurable outcomes.- Maintains a safe, organized classroom, which supports student’s independent learning, collaboration, and choice.- Support a paraprofessional assigned to your classroom.- Participate in professional and staff development to develop and maintain best practices in early childhood education.- Adhere to EEC guidelines.
